Role description
3-month+ remote contract role.
NO C2C - Must be able to work without sponsorship
Project Details:
• Finish and polish existing Power BI dashboards/reports for HR/People data
• Reimplement the reporting solution in Tableau (company standard)
• Work with Product Engineering's Tableau team to create data pipelines (likely AWS/Databricks backend)
• Build visualizations that support executive decision-making (org depth, span of control, workforce planning)
• Create interactive "what-if" scenarios with sliders for leadership to model organizational changes
Must Haves:
• Tableau expertise (primary long-term tool)
• Power BI experience (for short-term cleanup work)
• Experience with people/HR data sets (headcount, org structure, workforce analytics)
• Business acumen — ability to think about insights, not just build charts
• Strong compliance awareness (handling sensitive employee data)
• Ability to work within US time zones (EST-PST)
Nice to Haves:
• Understanding of data pipelines and working with backend systems (AWS, Databricks, SQL)
• Experience working with Product/Engineering teams (vs. traditional IT)
• Familiarity with HRIS data sources (Workday, ADP)
• Experience building executive-level dashboards with scenario modeling capabilities
