Power BI & Tableau Developer in Plano, TX(Hybrid)

Hi We have an urgent role of Power BI & Tableau Developer. MUST BE 10/10 COMMUNICATION SKILLS (Consultative/Presentation Skills working with the stakeholders/business to share their visualizations) 12+ month contract Plano, TX Tues – Thursday onsite (Mon & Fri remote) Power BI, DAX, Alteryx, and SQL (any exposure to Tableau is a huge plus) Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Analytics • Strong hands-on experience with: • Power BI and Tableau dashboard development • SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, data modeling) • Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise-scale reporting solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications • Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360) • Experience with A/B testing, performance marketing analytics, and customer journey analysis • Familiarity with ETL tools such as Alteryx • Experience with Tableau Server / Power BI Service administration • Exposure to Big Data and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery) • Experience working in consulting or enterprise environments
