About the Role
Weβre looking for a seasoned sales analytics professional (15+ years overall experience) to strengthen our internal analytics capabilities. This is a functional role focused on sales-pipeline metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights to support ourOperate deals and broader sales initiatives.
What Youβll Do
Pipeline Insights:
Analyze weekly end-to-end sales pipeline data, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal progression.
Forecasting & Optimization:
Recommend strategies to improve pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting accuracy.
Partner with sales leadership to implement best practices in pipeline management.
Data Integrity & Governance:
Work with sales operations to validate and cleanse data.
Maintain data governance standards for pipeline metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present actionable insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support pursuit strategies and deal qualification.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor the impact of implemented changes and refine analytics models as needed.
Stay current on emerging tools, methodologies, and industry benchmarks.
What Weβre Looking For
Experience: 3β5+ years specifically in sales analytics or business intelligence within a fast-paced commercial or consulting setting.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI; ability to leverage prompt-based AI for quick insights; CRM familiarity (e.g., Jupiter); strong data modeling and visualization expertise.
Soft Skills: Proactive and independent; strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; excellent communication skills to translate data into clear business recommendations; collaborative across sales, operations, and leadership teams.
