Role description
Position Overview: We seek an expert Power Platform Architect to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You'll lead analytics-driven transformations, optimize data models/visualizations, and ensure seamless integration/delivery for business intelligence in automotive sales, supply chain, and AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions: design complex data models in Dataverse/Power BI, create interactive dashboards/reports, and build canvas/model-driven Power Apps with AI-driven insights (Copilot Studio). • Lead Power BI excellence: develop semantic models, DAX calculations, real-time streaming datasets, and Paginated Reports; optimize performance for 1M+ row datasets with AI visuals and predictive analytics. • Drive integrations/delivery: connect Power BI to Azure Synapse, SQL, Salesforce, and external APIs via Power Automate flows; implement CI/CD pipelines, governance (DLP policies, CoE Starter Kit), and zero-downtime deployments. • Collaborate on solution design: conduct workshops, translate requirements into scalable architectures, ensure security/compliance (RBAC, GDPR/SOC2), and mentor developers on best practices. • Oversee lifecycle: monitor usage analytics, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, scale environments, and provide hypercare for production rollouts. Required Qualifications: • 7+ years in Power Platform; Microsoft Certifications (PL-600 Solution Architect, PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics Engineer). • Deep Power BI expertise: advanced DAX/M, gateways, Premium capacity management, AI visuals. • Proven delivery of 5+ enterprise projects with Agile/DevOps (Azure DevOps, Git). • Strong in integrations (custom connectors, APIs) and governance frameworks. • Local to Dallas/Plano; US work authorization required. Preferred Skills: • Automotive domain; Agentic AI in Fabric/Copilot; multi-cloud (Azure/AWS). • Tools: Power Pages, AI Builder, Synapse Link.
