About the Role
Join our team as a Power Platform Automation Specialist to architect and build innovative collaboration solutions in Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) High environments. You'll develop complex workflows, enterprise applications, and automation solutions supporting mission-critical nuclear and federal projects.
What You'll Do
• Design and implement PowerApps (model-driven & canvas), Power Automate workflows, and PowerBI solutions in secure M365 GCC High environments
• Transform legacy SharePoint workflows to modern Power Automate flows using JSON and advanced data integration
• Architect data solutions using Dataverse and Microsoft SQL
• Lead enterprise workflow projects ensuring compliance with NIST 800-171 and government security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and construction control workflow processes
What We're Looking For
Required:
• Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience (or 9 years total experience)
• Strong Power Platform development including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI
• Experience building complex workflows for large enterprise projects
• Data modeling expertise with SQL/Dataverse
• M365 GCC High or government cloud experience
• U.S. citizenship required
Preferred:
• NIST 800-171 and CMMC framework knowledge
• SharePoint workflow migration experience
• Government compliance and data security background
