Now Hiring: Senior Application Programmer (Power Platform Developer) Location: Remote (Contractor Facility) Duration: April 2026 – March 2028 Client: State Government (Office of Technology Services – OTS) We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to support enterprise-level initiatives for state agencies. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, impactful solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and public service transformation. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop solutions using: • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) • Power Pages • Power Automate (flows & approvals) • Power BI dashboards & reports • Build and manage Dataverse & RDBMS data models • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs, and external systems • Implement secure, scalable, and compliant architectures • Apply ALM, Dev/Test/Prod environment strategies, and governance best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and participate in architecture discussions • Support audits, documentation, and technical reviews Required Skills • 5+ years of hands-on experience with: • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) • SQL & database design (on-prem & cloud) • Strong understanding of: • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) • Security & role-based access control • Environment management & troubleshooting • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to work independently in a multi-project environment Nice to Have • Experience with Copilot Studio or Conversational AI • Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 • Experience in government/public sector environments • Familiarity with CI/CD & DevOps for Power Platform • Relevant Microsoft certifications Why Join • Work on high-impact government projects • Exposure to enterprise-scale Power Platform architecture • Long-term contract stability (2 years) • Opportunity to work with advanced tools including AI and automation
