Position Overview:
The State of North Dakota s Information Technology Department is seeking two experienced Power Platform Developers to join their dynamic team. These fully remote contract positions will focus on designing, developing, and enhancing applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
Power Apps Development:
• Create and customize forms, views, and dashboards.
• Develop and refine business rules.
• Design and implement business process flows within model-driven applications.
Dataverse Management:
• Create and maintain custom tables and columns.
• Develop formulas (FX) and calculated columns.
• Manage entity relationships to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Power Automate Integration:
• Design and build automated workflows to streamline business processes.
Toolsets & Technologies:
• Power Apps (Model-Driven)
• Dataverse
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Azure DevOps
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Model-Driven Application Development.
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse including creating custom entities, columns, FX/calculated fields, and establishing entity relationships.
• Proficiency in developing Power Automate workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps for backlog management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting.
