The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform—developing robust workflows, applications, and automation solutions that drive business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Build and enhance automated workflows to optimize business processes. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. Perform coding, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure solution quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business and IT stakeholders. Demonstrate the value of workflow automation through measurable outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement within an Agile delivery framework. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in Power Platform development. Proven expertise with Power Automate and Power Apps. Experience with Power BI is a plus. Strong understanding of workflow automation, integration, and deployment processes. Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams. Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
