Role: Power Platform Developer Location: 5600 Cox Road, Glen Allen, VA – Hybrid Interview Mode: Phone + In-Person Rate: $90/hr (C2C) Job Description Seeking a Power Platform Developer to stabilize and build applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and Power BI with hands-on experience in automation solutions and enterprise-scale deployments. Qualifications & Skills • Expert level experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365 using Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Apps) and Power Automate • 7+ years in business/application analysis, automation solutions, or Power Platform development • Proven expertise in Power Apps, Dynamics, and Power Automate including enterprise deployment & optimization • Experience supporting and enhancing low-code/no-code applications in complex environments • Proficiency in Power Platform Pipelines integrations and/or using GitHub Actions for app deployments • Ability to mentor and support a team of developers new to the platform • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 - Model Driven Apps (Customer Experience Module) • Hands-on with Power BI reporting and Agile project delivery • Experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, Plugin development using C#, SQL Queries (Oracle/MS-SQL) • Familiarity with Visual Studio Editor, XRM toolbox • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Required / Desired Skills Matrix Skill Required/Desired Experience Power Automate Required 5+ Years Power Pages Required 5+ Years Dynamics 365 – Model Driven Apps (Customer Experience) Required 5+ Years Power BI Required 5+ Years Power Apps – Canvas Apps Required 5+ Years Power Platform pipelines / GitHub Actions Required 5+ Years Plugin development (C#) Required 3+ Years SQL Queries (Oracle, MS-SQL) Required 7+ Years XRM Toolbox Required 3+ Years Architecting & Implementing solutions Required 4+ Years If you’re interested, please reply with your updated resume, best rate expectation, and availability for submission.
