Senior Power Platform Developer / Copilot Studio Technical Lead Location: Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles (CA), or Mississauga (Canada) Work Schedule: PST Time Zone Job Summary Seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of AI-powered business solutions, automation workflows, and enterprise applications while providing technical leadership to the team. Required Skills • 12–15+ years of IT experience • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI • Strong expertise in Power Platform: • Power Apps (Canvas Apps) • Power Automate • Dataverse • Experience with SharePoint Online development and administration • Strong PowerShell scripting skills • Experience developing Azure Functions using PowerShell • Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and integration patterns • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Responsibilities • Design and develop solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform • Build and support SharePoint Online applications and workflows • Develop integrations using APIs and Azure services • Automate business processes using Power Automate and PowerShell • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
