Role Summary
The Senior Power Platform Copilot Studio Developer role is an individual contributor position responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing enterprise-grade AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role operates at a mid-to-senior level, applying deep Power Platform and integration expertise to shape solution design, define reusable patterns, and implement scalable agent-based workflows. The developer serves as a trusted technical partner to business stakeholders, product owners, platform teams, and enterprise architecture, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, resilient, and aligned with long-term platform strategy.
The primary focus of this role is agent development and orchestration using Copilot Studio and Power Automate, with Dataverse providing durable state and auditability. While conversational experiences are front-facing, the candidate is expected to design and support solutions across all application tiers, including integration, data, and automation layers.
