Role description
Microsoft Power Platform Developer
📍 100% Remote (U.S. – Any Time Zone)
🏢 Client
Ready to Own and Build — Not Just Maintain?
Our Client is investing heavily in platform modernization and automation across the enterprise. They’re looking for a hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Developer who can step in, take ownership, and drive real impact from day one.
This is not a “sit and shadow” environment. You’ll be trusted to lead solutions, reduce technical debt, and build scalable applications that support critical business operations.
If you enjoy cleaning up complexity, building smart automations, and improving systems that people rely on every day — this role is worth a look.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
• Own and improve existing Power Platform solutions across the ecosystem
• Reduce technical debt and strengthen long-term platform stability
• Build and enhance Canvas Apps that support evolving business needs
• Design clean, scalable data models within Dataverse
• Develop and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Translate business requirements into practical, high-quality technical builds
• Deliver well-documented solutions that other developers can confidently maintain
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Strong Canvas Apps development background
• Deep experience with Dataverse data modeling
• Real-world RPA experience (Power Automate Desktop preferred)
• Proven ability to work independently without heavy oversight
• Experience supporting and enhancing existing enterprise solutions (not just greenfield builds)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
• Healthcare industry exposure
• Broader Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
• Experience managing technical debt in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem integrations
Why This Role Stands Out
• Fully remote
• High-visibility work tied directly to modernization initiatives
• Real ownership and autonomy
• Opportunity to build automation that drives measurable impact
