Power Platform Developer

Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support our Legal department's automation needs. This role involves designing and developing solutions using Power Platform products, with a focus on streamlining legal processes. While remote candidates will be considered, preference will be given to those in the Seattle area who can occasionally work in the office. Responsibilities: • Support Legal process automation by designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. • Collaborate with Legal business users to intake new projects and understand their needs. • Design and develop Power Platform and other automation solutions tailored to business requirements. • Manage user testing and document design processes. • Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform products, including Solutions, Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Experience with GPT Development and Company’s TeamConnect TAP Workflow Automations is a plus. • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end solutions. Desired Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to translate business needs into technical designs, especially for non-technical legal business users. • Experience working within Legal departments is advantageous. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
