The candidate will plan, develop, test, and document programs while ensuring compatibility, cost efficiency, and feasibility. A key project includes completing the development of an Invoice Tracking System (ITS) using Microsoft Power Platform tools. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities • Evaluate user requests to determine feasibility, cost, and scope of new or modified applications. • Collaborate with users to understand current operations and clarify objectives. • Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. • Design and implement Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages portals. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external services and databases. • Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and collaboration with functional/technical teams. • Provide training and mentorship to other developers on Power Platform technologies. • Follow and promote best practices for Power Platform application development and operations. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ #Minimum #Requirements • 8+ Years: Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments. • 4+ Years Microsoft Power Platform development experience. • 4+ Years Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Connectors. 2+ Years (Preferred): • Design and development of Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse or SharePoint. • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Experience mentoring and training other developers. • Agile development and sprint planning experience. 1+ Year (Preferred): • Power Automate Cloud/Desktop Flows, Business Process Flows, Process Advisor. • Extending Power Platform and Power Pages using JavaScript and custom plug-ins. • Good understanding of Dataverse, connectors, Power BI, and Power Platform best practices. • Familiarity with Power Platform CoE Admin Center. • Experience implementing Agile methodologies in State of Texas agencies. • Prior experience in healthcare or public health. • Exposure to Power Virtual Agents, Power Apps Portals, and mobile apps.
