Location: Anchorage, AK / Remote (AKT, PST, or MST only)
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract-to-Hire (No C2C or sponsorship)
Job Description:
Talent Groups is hiring a Power Platform Developer to join a high-impact Microsoft 365 team. You'll lead Power Platform development and support the full M365 ecosystemβdriving automation, collaboration, and AI integration across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Power Platform (25%) β Develop, administer, and govern Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; partner with business teams to deliver solutions.
β’ M365 Admin (25%) β Manage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID; ensure service health, reporting, and adoption.
β’ DevOps & Automation (20%) β Build CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and integrate with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
β’ AI & Copilot (20%) β Build Copilot agents, integrate AI into workflows, and collaborate with Azure OpenAI teams.
β’ Mentorship (10%) β Mentor junior staff and support team leadership.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs in CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
β’ 6+ years in systems engineering or administration with:
o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
o Power Platform development/admin
o Azure or public cloud
β’ Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, source control
β’ Scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) and REST APIs
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Preferred Certifications:
β’ Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or Developer
β’ Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
β’ AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution
