Power Platform Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer for a hybrid contract position in Austin, TX (3 days remote, 2 days onsite on Thursdays and Fridays; subject to change per manager). This position involves developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The selected candidate will plan, develop, test, and document applications, evaluate user requests for new or modified systems, determine feasibility and compatibility with existing platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality solutions. The developer will apply structured design methodologies and ensure all deliverables are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Minimum Qualifications: • 8 years of experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments Preferred Qualifications: • 4 years of previous experience in Microsoft Power Platform development • 4 years of knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, Connectors, and Power Automate technical solutions • 2 years of experience in the design and development of Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar backend systems • 2 years of experience with communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels • 2 years of previous experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams • 2 years of experience working independently and in Agile teams • 2 years of experience mentoring or training other developers in Power Platform technologies • 1 year of experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Business Process Flows, and Process Advisor • 1 year of knowledge of extending Power Platform and Power Pages using JavaScript and custom plug-ins • 1 year of understanding of Dataverse tables, connectors, and external integration • 1 year of knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform best practices for application development and operations • 1 year of understanding of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center • 1 year of experience implementing Agile methodologies for state or public sector organizations • 1 year of experience in healthcare or public health environments • 1 year of knowledge of Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Apps portals What We Offer: Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
