Role description
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Power Platform Developer (UI/UX Designer 3). The work will be done onsite in Waco, TX. This is a long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is $51/hr + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay). Job Summary The Power Platform Developer (UI/UX Designer 3) will support the design and development of user-centered digital solutions focused on data visualization, dashboards, and internal applications. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into intuitive, effective user experiences across Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint platforms. The designer will play a key role in improving usability, optimizing workflows, and ensuring consistency across enterprise tools. This position offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration and modern data-driven application development. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Create and enhance user-friendly applications using Power Apps integrated with SharePoint and other data sources • Gather and translate business requirements into effective user experiences and technical solutions • Participate in design reviews, testing, and validation to ensure usability and performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, data visualization, and overall system usability Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field • 5–7 years of relevant experience in UX design, data visualization, or application development • Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and SharePoint Online • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, or Excel-based data sources • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, governance, and best practices • Experience working in project-based or enterprise environments • Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Power Platform, or M365) Why This Role?
