Summary
Our client is seeking a Power Platform developer to create hybrid machine learning and rule-based Power Platform applications, automations, and data visualizations.
Responsibilities
• Build applications that guide workflow, digitize information, and automate manual tasks that ultimately improve processing accuracy, speed, consistency, and reliability.
• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain solutions built within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks designed to replicate manual administrative processes.
• Partner with business analysts to lead internal stakeholders in identifying opportunities by analyzing and clarifying business problems, processes, and data.
• Document technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance.
• Create Power BI reports using DAX or M, leveraging multiple data sources with varying permissions and structures to deliver a seamless end-user experience.
• Iteratively collaborate with colleagues, customers, and third parties throughout product development and QA to ensure solutions align with the design and solve business problems.
• Deploy projects successfully and problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day support by providing timely responses and solutions.
• Help develop standards and best practices for solutions built within the Power Platform including governance, operating model, and solutions.
• Collect and interpret data, analyze results, and report findings to internal or external stakeholders.
Requirements
• 4 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, Power BI, etc.).
Preferred
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar applications.
• Programming or development experience (R, Python, Java, .NET, C#, Visual Basic, etc.) in automation and/or integration projects.
This is an 18-month Contract opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately-vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
