Duration: May 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (Temporary Assignment)
Schedule: Standard (40 Hours/Week)
Pay Rate : $50.00/Hour on W2 without benefit

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to support the Collaboration Systems team in designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions that drive business efficiency and value. This role involves collaborating across business units to gather requirements, develop scalable solutions, and provide ongoing Microsoft 365 support and training.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Design and develop out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom Microsoft 365 applications.
• Build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Provide day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and user training.
• Support migration initiatives from on-premises SharePoint environments to Microsoft 365.
• Maintain industry knowledge of Microsoft 365 development practices and emerging technologies.
• Work cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and business value.
• Maintain effective working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration, consulting, and time management skills.
Required Experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Web development experience including:
• JavaScript
• JSON
• HTML
• CSS
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Business Process Mapping experience.
• Six Sigma Certification.
• SharePoint Designer and InfoPath experience.
• Experience with Nintex Workflow or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint integrations such as:
• HarePoint
• Bamboo Solutions
• ShareGate
• SharePoint Application Development certifications.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Higher degrees or relevant certifications may substitute for years of experience.
• Equivalent technical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
