🚀 Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Developer to support one of our Prime Federal Contracts. This role supports the FDIC, enabling Citizen Developers through well-governed enterprise automation, collaboration, and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Copilot.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong technical SME, and capable of working directly with FDIC leadership and business users to design, deliver, and maintain mission-critical solutions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement
• Build enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Copilot
• Develop and manage Copilot Studio extensions and prompts
• Design workflows, automations, and integrations to improve business productivity
• Perform independent testing; document results and test artifacts
• Create test plans and ensure effective knowledge transfer to QA teams
• Produce detailed solution documentation (architecture, deployment, user guides)
• Participate in code reviews across Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, and custom connectors
• Mentor junior developers and ensure delivery quality
• Support off-hours/weekend migrations (with comp time or flexible scheduling)
✅ Required Qualifications
Education
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
Mandatory
• US Citizenship (Federal requirement)
Experience
• 5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI)
• 5+ years in SharePoint Online development (SPFx, JSON, workflows, Power Platform integration)
• 2+ years with Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, M365 integration)
• Experience with ALM and solution promotion (DEV → QA → PROD)
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into enterprise solutions
• 5–10 years with Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, .NET, JavaScript)
Must Have Experience in at least ONE of the following (5+ years):
• SharePoint Document / Content Management (Enterprise Scale)
• Network Share File Analysis (NFS, SMB)
• Records Management (Purview, Retention, Audit, Insider Risk)
• Enterprise Network Share Migration (On-Prem to Cloud)
Administration (5+ years in at least TWO):
• Power Platform Admin
• SharePoint Admin
• Azure / Entra ID Admin
• Dynamics 365 Admin
• Exchange Admin
Additional Skills
• Dataverse, COE, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages
• Azure Entra ID Service Principals, Azure integrations, Power BI publishing
• PowerShell, .NET, JavaScript, Python
• Strong SME-level knowledge of governance and best practices
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
