Power Platform Developer (Only W2 Candidates, USC/GC/EAD)

5+ years in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or Applied ML; proven builder of operational tools. 3–5+ years hands‐on with Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling, performance tuning). Experience integrating enterprise systems (LMS, HRIS, scheduling, ERP or similar). Strong SQL and data modeling (normalized + analytics/star schemas). Pipelines with Python and one of Airflow/Prefect/dbt (or similar). Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data services. Dashboarding/storytelling for exec audiences; paginated reports expertise. Ability to lead and deliver multiple workstreams in parallel; excellent stakeholder communication, Scheduling optimization / workforce planning (ILP/CP, heuristics, rules‐based systems).LMS integrations (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, etc.).
