Qualifications
Education:
BS/BA Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or related disciplines
Required Experience and Skills:
β’ Strong technical background.
Specifically:
β’ Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Dataverse
β’ Proven experience as a developer in PowerApps, specifically around integrating API calls/endpoints to retrieve data in real-time and scheduled
β’ Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint List development, scalability, rules, workflow, and JSON usage
β’ Proven experience in error handling, conditional filtering, and data validation
β’ Proven experience in and understanding of form design best practices
β’ Proven experience in creating and maintaining solution design documentation
β’ Ability to optimize user experience through research and design
β’ Understanding of business process automation and workflow βlogicβ management
β’ Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
β’ Excellent written and verbal communications, and attention to detail
β’ Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others
β’ Able to work independently to deliver objectives for the team
β’ Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Highly Preferred:
β’ Pharma experience and regulatory knowledge is highly preferred
β’ Veeva Vault RIM Registrations experience
Responsibilities:
β’ You will work within the Health Registration Management (HRM) Business Process Operations group in Regulatory as a skilled Power Automate/Power Apps SME to help design, develop and support our business solution of βsmart formsβ for supporting centralized data entry/data quality activities using the Microsoft Power Platform.
β’ This work will be critical to our transition to the Veeva Registrations Vault.
β’ The smart forms are an element of a critical multimillion dollar project that impacts our business system global userbase and release of product.
β’ This role will work closely with stakeholders and the business for content and reviews and will be supported by Veeva and Regulatory SMEs to help develop the appropriate forms related to various business scenarios/user stories.
Responsibilities/Deliverables
β’ Transition current data entry forms and new scenarios/user stories to Smart Forms utilizing Power Automate/Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint
β’ Deliver data entry forms based on agile methodology
β’ Deliver data entry forms that are extensible, smart, user friendly and support error handling, validation, and workflow
