Power Platforms Developer A leading organization in the financial sector, dedicated to process optimization and automation using innovative technologies. Role We are looking for a skilled developer to design, develop, and implement automation applications using low-code and no-code platforms. In this hybrid role based in New York (3 days a week onsite), you will: • Build and deploy automation solutions that support business process management. • Design applications on low-code platforms, leveraging SQL Server as a backend. • Work collaboratively with business and technology teams, both locally and globally. • Analyze, optimize, and automate business processes. • Support, maintain, and develop existing process management systems. • Assist in defining technical specifications and business requirements. Key Skills • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design (essential). • Experience with low-code platforms: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power AI), Alteryx, SharePoint. • Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize workloads. • Experience supporting production systems in a financial or banking environment. • Proactive in identifying and solving problems. • Strong research skills and ability to address complex IT topics. • Experience gathering requirements and defining technical specifications. • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. • Understanding of business processes and workflow automation. • Experience in DevOps, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Jenkins, APIs, and software integration (desirable).
