Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse architecture, and Power Pages
• Create scalable Dataverse data models, security roles, business rules, and environments
• Build and maintain cloud flows, approvals, and system integrations with strong error handling
• Extend low-code solutions with pro-code when needed using Azure Functions, custom connectors, or lightweight .NET APIs
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and Automation Engineering on CI/CD, solution packaging, governance, and deployments
• Translate business workflows into automated, user-friendly technical solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
• Contribute to platform documentation, reusable components, and development standards
Qualifications – Needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3–6 years of professional software development experience with hands-on Power Platform work
• Strong experience building production Power Apps (model-driven preferred)
• Proven experience with Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and environment management
• Solid background with Power Automate workflows and system integrations
• Working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365, including Entra ID concepts
• Experience integrating APIs or external systems into Power Platform solutions
• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
