We’re hiring Power Platform Developer in West Greenwich, RI , It's Hybrid role Job Description: As part of our team that is responsible for identity management, automation, and compliance within IT, you will be mainly responsible for supporting our automation activities. You will participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of the solution until the final go live. As part of an international team, located in North America and Europe, efficient online collaboration, and flexibility to work with team members in other time zones is essential. Responsibilities • Active participation in the requirement and process analysis, design, and implementation of solutions. • Documentation of the implemented solutions. • Creation of integration/interfaces between applications and systems. • Further development and improvement of our IT Chatbot solution. Qualifications • Experience in developing solutions with the latest low-code technologies included in Microsoft´s Power Platform: • Power Apps • Power Automate • CoPilot Studio / Power Virtual Agent • Power BI • Experience in PowerShell, C#, SQL, .Net, etc. • Experience in creating custom APIs to connect to 3rd party applications. • Experience and working knowledge using AI to optimize and automate processes. Technical Skills Required • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio Power BI Dataverse • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in building automation and integration solutions using: Azure Runbooks Azure Functions Azure Web Apps • Building and deploying MCP servers for enterprise automation workloads. • Proficiency in data technologies, including SQL and Cosmos DB. • Proficiency with Azure monitoring and observability tools, including Azure Application Insights and Azure Log Analytics. • Strong programming and scripting experience with PowerShell, C#, SQL, .NET, and related technologies. • Experience developing custom APIs for integration with third party applications. High-Level Task Assignment • Active participation in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and implementation. • Comprehensive documentation of all designed and implemented solutions to ensure clarity, maintainability, and future scalability. • Development and maintenance of integrations and interfaces across applications and systems to support seamless data flow and operational efficiency. • Enhancement and continuous improvement of the IT Chatbot solution, including new features, performance optimizations, and alignment with evolving business needs. • Support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of AI and automation solutions across the organization to ensure reliability, usability, and sustained value delivery. • Ensure all AI and automation solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained with the highest level of security, adhering strictly to organizational security policies, industry standards, and best practices to safeguard data and systems.
