Role description
Job Summary (Power Platform Developer – St. Paul, Minnesota)
• Design and develop Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Report Builder) to support internal business solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Power Platform, providing technical leadership and knowledge transfer to internal CLIENT developers.
• Develop and integrate Canvas Apps with Power Automate, SQL Server, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions using Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud and Azure SQL Database.
• Build and maintain a custom application to replace the Automated Research Tracking System (ARTS), with potential for additional Power Platform projects.
• Create and optimize front-end CRM portals and process automation, ensuring integration with Active Directory and various data sources.
• Collaborate with other developers to establish best practices and improve application architecture.
• Provide hands-on mentoring and knowledge sharing with internal staff on Power Platform tools and techniques.
• Utilize advanced development skills in .NET, Java, C#, or similar languages to supplement Power Platform solutions.
• Develop reusable components and custom controls using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Integrate APIs and Microsoft Premium Connectors for third-party system connectivity.
• Location: Onsite in St. Paul, MN (no remote work; local candidates only).
• Contract Duration: 1 year (02/25/2026 to 02/24/2027).
• Screening: Two-step screening process will be conducted.
