Job Summary
We’re seeking a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to lead development and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role working across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

What You’ll Do
• Lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, serving as the subject matter expert.
• Design, configure, implement, test, and support Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose efficient solutions.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 with forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage solutions, environment variables, connectors, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Define governance, document best practices, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Serve as the liaison between VITA and customer agencies for issue resolution and platform guidance.
What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service) customization & implementation.
• 5+ years as a Power Platform/D365 Lead Developer.
• Strong experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Expertise in using standard & premium connectors with Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience working in a Microsoft GCC tenant.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) a big plus.
• Knowledge of Virginia IT policies and prior work with VA state agencies highly valued.
