Role Name: Power Platform resource for PGIM Location: Tampa, FL Period: Contract Job Description: • Power Platform solution architect experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint online, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate Power BI • Develop a system for talent management and talent development, eg, Employee Skill assessment and technical upskilling system, career pathing • System integration using API, File-Based Integration via Middleware, Power Automate, etc • Business process automation • Build and support a Power BI dashboard • Vendor assessment for integration technical assessment • Lead and manage communication with Vendors, internal, and external • Work in Cross cross-functional team • Experience working with and developing systems for the HR Talent management group is preferred • Define and execute a strategy for talent management and development.
