Role description
Position: Senior Programmer Analyst Location: Richmond, Virginia Duration: Contract Job ID: 170335 Job Overview: The Senior Programmer Analyst will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using a variety of technologies. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications, including mobile app development. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in collaborative team environments. Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other server-side technologies. β€’ Design and implement front-end solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery. β€’ Create and manage Microsoft Power Platform applications, including PowerApps and Power Automate workflows. β€’ Develop and maintain SharePoint applications, including custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). β€’ Automate administrative tasks and manage SharePoint environments using PowerShell scripts. β€’ Design and implement interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI. β€’ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions. β€’ Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards when handling sensitive information. Qualifications: β€’ Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst. β€’ Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and other server-side technologies for backend development. β€’ Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery for front-end development. β€’ Expertise in developing Microsoft Power Platform applications, including mobile app development. β€’ Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and development techniques. β€’ Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). β€’ Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks. β€’ Familiarity with SQL Server and its integration with SharePoint. β€’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams. β€’ Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency; experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
