Applications that do not meet these minimum qualifications will not be reviewed. 💻 Position Overview COMPA Industries is seeking a Power Platform Specialist to support Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS). This role is responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting enterprise workflow and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies in a regulated DOE nuclear environment. The position supports mission-critical business processes and works closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Architect and modernize workflow solutions within Microsoft 365 environments • Gather and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders • Develop enterprise-level applications and automation solutions aligned with organizational goals • Support workflow testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization • Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and user guides • Ensure compliance with DOE, SRNS, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements • Participate in project planning, status meetings, and milestone tracking • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams 🎓 Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Combination of education and directly related experience totaling 9+ years in lieu of a degree 🧪 Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 • Experience developing enterprise workflow and automation solutions • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and solution deployment • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working in regulated or enterprise IT environments ⭐ Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting GCC High or government-regulated Microsoft environments • Knowledge of DOE, NIST, or cybersecurity compliance standards • Experience modernizing legacy SharePoint workflows • Prior SRNS, DOE, or nuclear industry experience 🔐 Security Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” Security Clearance Active clearance not required to start Important Employment Eligibility Notice • No C2C (Corp-to-Corp) arrangements are permitted • No third-party recruiting firms or agency submissions accepted • Candidates must be eligible for direct engagement with COMPA Industries Equal Opportunity Employer COMPA Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
