We are looking for a Power Platform / D365 Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role involves hands-on development, solution architecture, mentoring, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages)
• 3+ years: D365 Customer Service Module
• 3+ years:
• Role-based security (Power Platform & D365)
• Solution management (managed/unmanaged, env variables)
• Data modeling, architecture, Azure Functions, API integrations
• Custom connectors & reusable components
• 3+ years: SharePoint Online architecture & security
• 2+ years:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (UI customizations)
• CI/CD (Power Platform Pipelines / GitHub)
• DevOps tools & unit testing
• Agile methodology & stakeholder communication
• 1+ year: Accessibility compliance (Section 508 / WCAG)
• Strong experience in governance (DLP, least privilege, environment strategy)
• Proven mentoring and leadership experience
