Role description
We are seeking a mission-driven Mid-Level PowerApps Developer with strong Dataverse expertise to support rapid application development. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in high-velocity environments, can translate policy and operational needs into scalable digital tools, and are committed to delivering secure, compliant, and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps integrated with Microsoft Dataverse to support agency workflows, case management, and reporting. Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions aligned with government objectives. Implement role-based access controls, data validation, and automated workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse logic. Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, Section 508). Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to support continuous delivery. Document application architecture, data models, and deployment processes for audit and knowledge transfer. Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Proficiency in Dataverse schema design, relationships, and business rules. Experience with Power Fx, formula writing, and custom connectors. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
