Below is the job description for the position: Position Title: PowerApps Developer Location: Hanover, Maryland (3 Days Onsite & 2 Days Remote) Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension) Interview Type: In-Person | Need Local Candidates Description: We are seeking a mission-driven Mid-Level PowerApps Developer with strong Dataverse expertise to support rapid application development. This role is well-suited for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments, can translate policy and operational requirements into scalable digital solutions, and are committed to delivering secure, compliant, and user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps integrated with Microsoft Dataverse to support workflows, case management, and reporting. • Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to rapidly prototype and refine solutions that align with government objectives. • Implement role-based access controls, data validation, and automated workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse logic. • Ensure all solutions comply with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards (e.g., FedRAMP, Section 508). • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming, to support continuous delivery. • Document application architecture, data models, and deployment processes for audit readiness and knowledge transfer. Required Qualifications • 4–6 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. • Strong proficiency in Dataverse schema design, relationships, business rules, and data modeling. • Hands-on experience with Power Fx, formula writing, and custom connectors. • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations. • Ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
