Title: Precision Genomics Data Analyst

Description:
• Knowledge in working with one or more of the following tools: R and/or Python, SQL, AWS and GCP. Utilize data science expertise to develop, improve and optimize analytics products with a client on advancing data pipelines and enhancing the quality of genotyping/genomic and operational data at scale, and providing technical support to facilitate daily genotyping/genomics data delivery.
• Works with cross-functional team to resolve data quality issues which may include implementing methodologies to assess and enhance the quality of genotyping/genomic data. Work closely with research scientists, data scientists, and software developers to integrate diverse datasets and foster collaborative research efforts. Ensure that the developed models align with ongoing research and development projects.
• Proficient in pre-processing of data, decomposition of complex problems, expert knowledge in data, tools, and methods, storytelling and communication, business acumen. 4-6 Years of Experience
