Price Verification Python Developer 18 Month W2 Contract $60-$68/hour Jersey City | Hybrid 3 days onsite We are looking for a talented and highly motivated senior Python full stack hands on Developer. The right candidate will help deliver functionality to the chief financial officers organization to be more effective in managing the bank's overall financial control process. Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications used for the Independent Price Verification process for the Global Markets business. • 7+ years of Python development with designing and developing in an object-oriented environment experience • Skilled in any OO language is (Java, C++, C#, etc.) • Skilled in designing and tuning SQL database tables/queries is required. • Relevant industry (banking middle/back office/Finance) experience Role Specific Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing object-oriented software in Python, object-oriented database, and grid computing using the Quartz platform. • Responsible for developing data transfer tools to replicate data from no-sql datastore to an Oracle (Exadata) database • Responsible for building REST web services • Responsible for designing interface between UI and REST service. • Responsible for building data-grid centric UI based on Angular framework. • Participating fully in the development process through the entire software lifecycle. • Participating fully in Agile software development process
