Job Title: (Pricing Management Application) PriMA Engineering Lead Job Type: W2 Contract / Contract to Hire (Long Term) Job Location: 4 days per week Hybrid Onsite in Rocklin, CA Description: Job Title: PriMA Engineering Lead Job Location: Rocklin| 4 days per week Hybrid Onsite Type: Contract to Hire Opportunity We are looking for an experienced PriMA Engineering Lead to drive architecture, platform strategy, and technical leadership for enterprise-scale pricing management applications and distributed service platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Lead engineering initiatives for pricing management applications and enterprise service platforms • Drive architecture decisions across APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems • Own platform scalability, observability, release readiness, and downstream service integrations • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams • Improve system reliability, operational excellence, and platform documentation Required Skills: • Strong experience with enterprise application architecture • Expertise in APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems • Experience leading integration-heavy platforms and service interfaces • Hands-on background with Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native systems preferred • Strong understanding of release management, observability, and production support • Ability to lead technical strategy and cross-functional engineering execution Preferred Background: • Retail / Commerce / Supply Chain domain experience • Experience with Pricing Engines or Pricing Platforms • Prior experience in enterprise-scale platform modernization initiatives Working at GSPANN GSPANN is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
