Position: Principal AI Innovation Leader / AI Transformation & Visionary leader (15+ Years) Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite) Mode of Hire: Long Term Contract Position Overview: We are seeking a Principal-Level AI Developer to lead and innovate our enterprise-wide AI strategy. This hands-on, technical leadership role requires expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and system architecture. The ideal candidate will define and own the technical vision for AI initiatives, establish governance frameworks, and mentor top talent within the organization. The AI Developer 4 will play a key role in guiding AI transformations, anticipating industry trends, and shaping the long-term technical direction. Key Responsibilities: • Define and lead the AI technical architecture across the organization, ensuring scalability and innovation. • Develop and drive highly complex, high-impact AI transformations in line with business objectives. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on AI/ML trends, strategies, and best practices. • Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks, governance policies, and technical standards. • Mentor and guide top technical talent while cultivating the next generation of AI leaders. • Anticipate and drive strategic investments in emerging AI technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term AI initiatives and roadmaps. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master's preferred). • 15+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI, with a proven track record in designing scalable AI systems. • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML technologies (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). • Expert-level knowledge in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data ecosystems. • Experience in leading AI transformations with a focus on enterprise-scale impact. • Proven ability to mentor and lead teams of engineers and AI specialists. • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic visioning skills. • Experience with AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, and long-term technical vision.
