Principal Data Analyst Denver, COLORADO Hybrid What You Ll Do • Lead data ingestion, modeling, and prototyping for 5g network data. • Ensure data quality control, proactively flagging and resolving issues across multiple sources. • Build and optimize ETLs in Alteryx and leverage other data engineering tools as needed. • Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, and ArcGIS to support network operations and leadership reporting. • Provide mentorship and technical direction to contractors and junior team members, prioritizing workload and ensuring high-quality outputs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights. • Support ongoing network evolution (3G 4G 5G Wi-Fi) by applying historical and current telecom data expertise. Required: • 10+ years of experience in data science or data engineering • Hands-on expertise with Alteryx for ETL development. • Proficiency with SQL and database queries; ability to quickly adapt to new data tools. • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, or similar). • Understanding of telecom / network data (radio, wireless, or broadband). Preferred: • Experience with ArcGIS/ESRI for geospatial mapping and network visualization. • Familiarity with network evolution data (3G, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi). • Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers/contractors.
