Role description
We are seeking a Principal Data Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions supporting Finance and Revenue Management platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL, Azure/AWS, and real-time data processing, along with strong leadership experience driving large-scale data modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for finance, billing, revenue, and operational data.
• Lead implementation of Snowflake and Databricks best practices, including performance optimization and cost efficiency.
• Design real-time and batch data processing solutions using Kafka/Event Hub and Spark.
• Build and maintain cloud-native data platforms on Azure or AWS.
• Establish data quality, testing, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, code quality standards, and release management processes.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across programs.

• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
