Role Overview:Drive AI/ML innovation, build predictive models, and generate insights from large datasets to support business decisions. Mentor engineers and collaborate with data teams for high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI/ML solutions and predictive models.
Build efficient data pipelines and models; partner with Engineering.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
End-to-end model lifecycle: data collection → feature engineering → algorithm development → deployment.
Monitor model performance and update as needed.
Research and implement latest AI/ML trends.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance.
Communicate findings to leadership.
Qualifications:
MS/PhD in quantitative discipline.
10+ years in data science with project leadership.
Proficient in Python, R, or Scala.
Expert in ML libraries: scikit-learn, pandas, numpy.
Strong understanding of ML models, math, and statistics.
Experience with cloud databases (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) a plus.
