Principal DevOps Engineer

Role: • Define and lead the strategy to unify and scale DevOps capabilities across the enterprise. • Monitor industry trends and assess their applicability to drive innovation. • Align DevOps practices with product roadmaps and evolving business goals. • Design and implement a resilient, scalable, and observable DevOps platform. • Advance release engineering practices to ensure consistency, reproducibility, and traceability across products. • Recommend environment strategies for both cloud and on-premises to enhance delivery velocity and reduce cycle time. • Develop architectural prototypes to validate and mitigate technical risks. • Create architecture models, standards, and frameworks to guide implementation and ensure compliance. • Establish and track metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and speed. • Proven leadership in building and mentoring distributed high-performing engineering teams. • Expertise in unifying DevOps practices across hybrid environments with containerization and infrastructure as code. • Experience designing and building scalable DevOps platforms with integrated observability (logging, monitoring, alerting). • Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
