Role description
We have partnered with our client in their search for a Principal, Digital Analytics & Attribution (Contract position).
Responsibilities
• Lead measurement, attribution, and incrementality analysis by building scalable frameworks, executing lift experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, quasi-experiments), and translating results into clear revenue impact and forecasting models.
• Own reporting and performance intelligence through development of Tableau dashboards and structured reporting cadences, ensuring all outputs clearly answer what changed, why it changed, and what actions to take.
• Drive deep data analysis and cross-functional impact by leveraging SQL, GA4, FullStory, and Dynamic Yield to uncover insights, partnering with E-commerce and CRM teams, and mentoring analysts to elevate overall analytical standards.
Skills Required
• Extensive experience in digital/product/growth analytics (6-8+ years) with deep expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality measurement, and statistically rigorous experimental design tied directly to business outcomes.
• Advanced technical analytics skillset, including strong SQL proficiency, expert-level GA4 usage, hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Dynamic Yield), and dashboard development in Tableau.
• Proven ability to connect data to business impact, demonstrating a track record of translating complex analyses into clear insights, decisions, and measurable revenue outcomes in fast-paced, high-scale environments.
