About the Role
As a Principal ML Engineer, you’ll be the technical leader for AI/ML initiatives. You’ll design and build large-scale ML systems, guide teams, and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals. This role involves both hands-on work and leadership, shaping the company’s AI strategy while mentoring other engineers.
Skills Needed
• 12+ years in ML, AI, or data science.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ML projects and deploying models into production.
• Ability to design enterprise-level ML platforms and influence AI strategy.
• Strong coding skills in Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras).
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Skilled in MLOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring ML models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
