ABOUT THE ROLE Our Client is seeking a Principal Planning Analytics Consultant to support a high-impact, project-based initiative focused on demand planning and supply chain analytics. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who can bridge advanced data engineering with real-world manufacturing and supply chain processes to drive measurable business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Design and develop advanced analytics solutions using Python and Snowflake SQL β€’ Build and deploy full-stack data applications and interactive dashboards β€’ Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and supply chain processes β€’ Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitHub automation workflows β€’ Implement cloud-native and containerized solutions for enterprise-scale applications β€’ Lead agile sprint activities including daily standups and sprint planning β€’ Drive ROI-focused analytics initiatives that deliver measurable business impact β€’ Manage large-scale relational datasets and ensure data integrity across environments β€’ Communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS β€’ Bachelor’s degree or higher β€’ Minimum of five years of professional experience in data science within manufacturing or supply chain environments β€’ At least three years of experience working with ERP or MRP systems and data β€’ Advanced proficiency in Python and Snowflake SQL β€’ Strong experience with Snowflake architecture and data platform management β€’ Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, SIGMA, QlikView, or Streamlit β€’ Experience working with large relational datasets and data wrangling techniques β€’ Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across diverse audiences β€’ Experience working in agile development environments PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS β€’ Experience with ERP implementations for finance or operations β€’ Familiarity with rapid application development methodologies β€’ Experience with cloud-native deployments and containerization β€’ Proficiency with GitHub automation, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow management β€’ Experience with APIs, service accounts, and secure development practices β€’ Knowledge of test-driven development and rollback strategies β€’ Experience with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly β€’ Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographies β€’ Demonstrated ability to drive business impact and ROI through analytics initiatives
