Experience: 10+ years (7+ years in Enterprise BI Architecture)
Location: Barrington, IL - Onsite
Key Skills:
• Power BI Architecture & Semantic Models (Star/Snowflake)
• Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Direct Lake)
• Large-scale Power BI datasets & performance tuning (DAX, Tabular Editor, DAX Studio)
• Power BI migrations (Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, BO, Crystal Reports)
• Governance, RLS/OLS, DevOps, CI/CD, Power BI CoE
• Azure Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, SQL Server
• Azure DevOps, Git, XMLA, Kimball Modeling
Leadership:
• Lead enterprise BI transformation programs
• Define architecture standards & governance
• Mentor BI teams and engage with executive stakeholders
Preferred Certifications: PL-300, DP-600.
