MISSION
The Information Security Engineer 4 – Contingent (Cybersecurity Automation Engineer) will ensure the effective delivery of the product roadmap for Client implementation of Prisma Cloud Enterprise, with a primary focus on container security and Cloud Workload Protection (CWP) modules, through active support, engineering, and automation.
DAY TO DAY
• Design and develop automation for various Prisma Cloud Enterprise engineering and support processes, specifically for Container Security/Cloud Workload Protection.
• Maintain and automate Prisma Defender agent deployments and monitoring for Public & Private Cloud Kubernetes/Containers environments.
• Perform upgrades, maintenance, and configuration management on Prisma Cloud Enterprise Consoles.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues related to the SaaS and deployed Defender agents for Prisma Cloud Enterprise.
• Provide expertise to resolve host and application vulnerability false positive claims and guide partner teams in resolving vulnerabilities and compliance issues.
MUST HAVES
• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, including 2+ years with Prisma Cloud Enterprise (PCE) focusing on engineering support, administration, configuration management, and automation.
• 1+ years of experience with Prisma Cloud Enterprise (PCE) supporting/deploying Prisma Defender agents, preferably at scale on Kubernetes platforms.
• 4+ years of experience with GitHub/Bitbucket or another version control system.
• 2+ years of experience with programmatic interaction with RESTful APIs, extracting, manipulating, and processing JSON data with Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• 2+ years of experience working with Containers Orchestration platforms (Kubernetes preferred), microservice architectures, and engineering.
