# Support the development and documentation of business requirements related to state and federal privacy law compliance.
# Support Legal, Product, Security, IT, and other internal teams to help implement privacy requirements across business operations and products.
# Assist in developing privacy training materials, job aids, and presentations related to privacy laws and compliance obligations.
# Support the implementation of product-related privacy requirements across the enterprise
# Help identify, document, and track privacy risks associated with products, operations, applications, or business processes, and support remediation efforts.
# Participate in Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) reviews and help maintain related documentation and follow-up actions.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support privacy-by-design and data governance efforts within products and operational processes.
# Support company privacy and security initiatives that embed privacy and data protection practices throughout the organization
# Support the handling of privacy complaints and consumer privacy-related requests, including reporting and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
# Assist with supplier privacy assessments, questionnaires, and audit-related activities.
# Develop, update, and maintain privacy-related documentation, questionnaires, and process materials.
# Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or workflow enhancements to improve privacy operations efficiency.
Job Summary:
This role will assist with implementing and operationalizing state and federal privacy law requirements, supporting Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) processes, resolving privacy-related issues, and helping ensure timely completion of consumer privacy requests. The Privacy Analyst will also work cross-functionally to support privacy operations and help integrate privacy practices into product development and business processes.
In addition to supporting privacy operations, this role will contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the companyβs privacy program by coordinating key privacy compliance activities, preparing documentation, monitoring privacy requirements, and partnering with internal stakeholders to help ensure privacy practices are applied consistently across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a foundation in privacy, technology, or compliance and a strong interest in supporting privacy solutions and operational improvements.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
β’ 2β4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, technology, data governance, digital operations, or a related field.
β’ Experience supporting consumer privacy request processes, such as DSARs, preferred.
β’ Familiarity with privacy tools, privacy operations workflows, or privacy-enabling technologies, preferred
