Responsibilities include managing the Privacy mailbox, processing Data Subject Requests (DSRs), and contributing to privacy program initiatives such as Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs). Collaboration is required with multiple internal teams—IT, Product, Security, Client Support—as well as with external vendors, and occasionally clients and auditors. A successful candidate will quickly gain an understanding of Korn Ferry’s products, services, and systems, particularly how personal information is processed. This role demands effective communication across a matrixed, global organization and thrives in a highly collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities • Process Data Subject Requests (DSRs), Do Not Sell Requests (DNS), and Unsubscribe requests • Manage the Privacy shared mailbox • Enhance privacy processes through technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) • Support ongoing improvement of the global privacy program • Assist with reviewing and managing Privacy Impact Assessments • Contribute to privacy analytics, metrics, and procedural guidance • Develop and maintain expertise in products, technology, data processing, cross-border data transfers, privacy, and security policies • Fulfil other responsibilities as required Professional Experience/Qualifications • IT or business analyst experience is highly desirable • Up-to-date knowledge of global privacy regulations, ISO standards, and NIST frameworks • At least 4 years of experience in privacy operations, auditing, or a related area • Experience in managing the full DSR lifecycle and implementing process improvements • Proficiency in leveraging technology related to privacy, data security, or policy issues and balancing multiple business priorities • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines consistently • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and SharePoint • Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Co-Pilot • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a desire to engage colleagues, management, and clients effectively • Experience with One Trust is a plus • Privacy certifications from IAPP, ISACA, or equivalent is beneficial EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Salary Range $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted.
