About the Role
We are seeking a Privacy & Data Protection Analyst to support a global privacy compliance program. This role will provide operational and administrative support for privacy initiatives, manage data subject requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure compliance with global privacy and data protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage intake, tracking, and coordination of Data Subject Requests (DSRs), including access and deletion requests.
• Administer Privacy team mailboxes and ensure timely responses to internal and external inquiries.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT Security, Customer Services, Risk Assurance, and Compliance teams to gather information and coordinate responses.
• Review documentation, perform necessary redactions, and support compliant production of records.
• Monitor request deadlines and maintain accurate tracking within internal systems.
• Support privacy and data protection projects, research regulatory developments, and assist with program reporting.
Qualifications
• 5–10 years of experience in a legal administrative, compliance support, or related role.
• Experience supporting privacy, data protection, or compliance programs.
• Working knowledge of privacy laws, data protection regulations, and compliance processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $40–$42/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
