Role description
PeopleSoft Reporting Specialist
• Demonstrate expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2, including navigation and utilization of system functionalities.
• Extract and analyze data from PeopleSoft 9.2 to meet business requirements.
• Develop and write reports tailored for client business users, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with users to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data retrieval and reporting in PeopleSoft.
• Leverage Power BI to visualize and interpret data, creating interactive dashboards and reports for enhanced business decision-making.
• Utilize Excel Automation tools, such as Power Query and VBA, to streamline data processing tasks and automate report generation.
• Integrate PeopleSoft data with Power BI and Excel to deliver comprehensive analytics and reporting solutions. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting processes through automation and advanced analytics
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and bottlenecks in processes.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities to streamline operations.
• Continuously monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications:
• PeopleSoft 9.2 experience
• Power BI experience
• Experience with Excel Automation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using process improvement tools and software.
